Today’s Reflection: God,
Grant me the serenity
To accept the things I cannot change,
the courage
to change the things I can,
and the wisdom
to know the difference.
God, your will, not mine, be done.—from the Serenity Prayer by Reinhold Niebuhr

Today’s Reflection: Prayer
Jesus,
Teach me to love everyone
Like you did.
When I struggle,
I ask for the courage
To pause,
To listen,
To feel,
To re-think,
And to change
Again and again.
Amen. —Katie Davis-Crowder

Today’s Reflection: Morning Prayer
Almighty God,
We thank you for the gift of this day.
Help us to never hide ourselves from you
And always be open to sharing your love and gifts
With the world around us.
Give us the courage and grace to follow you always
And to proclaim the light of the Gospels
With gentleness and hope.
Amen.—Brian Kemper, SJ

Today’s Reflection: Prayer for Courage to Advocate for the Poor
Dear Lord, Grant us the courage to stand up for the voiceless and advocate for the poor.
Fill our hearts with compassion and our spirits with strength, so we may be bold in our efforts to bring justice and support to those in need.
Help us to be instruments of Your love, shining light in the darkness of poverty.
Amen. — Jesuit prayer site

Today’s Reflection: Prayer
Lord,
As we draw closer to Holy Week,
we hear you say, “I AM,”
we see you walking boldly toward the cross.
You say and do these things, not with fear, but with love and truth.
Give me that same courage,
to speak honestly, act justly, and love deeply.
Help me not to turn away from the hard things,
but to meet them with a holy boldness.
Amen —Jackie Schulte

Today’s Reflection: Disturb us, Lord, when
We are too well pleased with ourselves,
When our dreams have come true
Because we have dreamed too little,
When we arrived safely
Because we sailed too close to the shore.
Disturb us, Lord, when
With the abundance of things we possess
We have lost our thirst
For the waters of life;
Having fallen in love with life,
We have ceased to dream of eternity
And in our efforts to build a new earth,
We have allowed our vision
Of the new Heaven to dim.
Disturb us, Lord, to dare more boldly,
To venture on wider seas
Where storms will show your mastery;
Where losing sight of land,
We shall find the stars.
We ask You to push back
The horizons of our hopes;
And to push into the future
In strength, courage, hope, and love. —Attributed to Sir Francis Drake, c. 1577
