Morning Offering: 11. 18. 22

Today’s Reflection: Lord, grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change,
the courage to change the things I can,
and the wisdom to know the difference.

Living one day at a time;
enjoying one moment at a time;
accepting hardships as the pathway to peace;
taking, as He did, this sinful world
as it is, not as I would have it;
trusting that He will make all things right
if I surrender to His Will;
that I may be reasonably happy in this life
and supremely happy with Him
forever in the next. Amen. – Serenity Prayer, Reinhold Niebuhr.

Today’s Reflection: Familiar prayer, with a twist –
God, give us grace to accept with serenity
the things that cannot be changed,
Courage to change the things
which should be changed,
and the Wisdom to distinguish
the one from the other. — Reinhold Niebuhr.

Morning Offering: 09. 17. 2020

Today’s Reflection: I share this one every now and then, never know who could use it: The OTHER Serenity Prayer – God, grant me the serenity to stop beating myself for not doing things perfectly, the courage to forgive myself because I’m working on doing better, and the wisdom to know that you already love me just the way I am. — Unattributed.
