Today’s Reflection: Lord, I hear you inviting me to go all in, but at the same time, I feel my fist clenching tighter around my last two precious coins. I want to serve you, and at the same time I fear what giving you all of me might mean. Grant me the grace to feel your magnanimous love flow unfettered through my limbs bringing them new energy, life, and purpose so I may release the tightness of my grip and finally go all in. Amen — Gretchen Crowder

Today’s Reflection: When all else fails we remember God and appeal for help. And in the stillness of this holy contact help assuredly comes. Sooner or later our fruitless efforts to escape from our entanglements must cease; we must realize their futility. We must grow quiet enough to realize God’s omnipresence, to feel his comforting hand and open our hearts from within, silently, letting his healing have its way. Then the waters will flow over the arid soil and things will start to grow again. If only we keep still. God permits many wounds — but there are also miracles.— Fr. Alfred Delp S.J.

Today’s Reflection: Lord, give me your grace. On my own, I am, too, frail of faith to take the leap. It will take time. You wait. Hold my hand. I’ll get there. — Kathleen Sullivan
