Morning Offering: 08. 17. 22

Today’s Reflection: May God the Father, who made us, bless us.
May God the Son, who redeemed us, send healing into our midst.
May God the Holy Spirit, who gives us life, move within us.
May God give us eyes to see to God, ears to hear God, and hands to bring God’s work into the world.
May we walk with God and preach the word of God to all.
May the angel of peace watch over us and lead us at last by God’s grace to the eternal Kingdom. — Prayer of St. Dominic.

Today’s Reflection: Something different from the ‘norm’ – Step over ants,
put worms back into the grass,
rescue baby caterpillars,
release spiders back into your garden,
open windows for bees to fly home,
they are all little souls that deserve a life too. — Author unknown.

Today’s Reflection: God of Goodness,
I come into your presence so aware of my human frailty and yet overwhelmed by your love for me.
I thank you that there is no human experience that I might walk through where your love cannot reach me.
If I climb the highest mountain you are there and yet if I find myself in the darkest valley of my life, you are there.
Teach me today to love you more.
Help me to rest in that love that asks nothing more than the simple trusting heart of a child. — Author Unknown.
