Lift our vision, Lord,
beyond the narrowness
of self-interest,
beyond temporary treasures
of possessions, power,
prestige and position,
that we may find fulfillment
in sharing the fulness
of the provision, peace,
wealth, wellbeing,
life and love you offer,

Jesus of story,

We ask you to animate our imaginations today.
Soften our rigidity,
