Today’s Reflection: Worth repeating – Take 5 minutes today to go outside and just sit still. Listen to the sounds you hear… maybe you’ll just hear cars, lawnmowers and radios… try to hear the sounds underneath that surface noise, the sound of the wind in the trees, birds singing and animals buzzing… take a moment to remind yourself about your connection to the earth and to all living things… how the trees will inhale our air and make it clean and healthy… how the rain will provide us with water and help to grow the food that sustains us…take a moment to be grateful for the air you breath, the beauty that surrounds you and the earth that provides us with nourishment and life… — Unattributed.
